This song sadly reminds me of my life in general, trapped with everyone not knowing who you are, and the only thing they associate you with is the stupid mistakes you have made (fall through a hole in the floor) You see the way I see the song is this character either is or feels almost completely separate from the rest of the world. Watching the days go by, and every time he tries to participate in the active world he is shot down. I especially see that when he says "just another day" at the end of the song, this to me means that his whole life is riddled with misfortune and hes having so much trouble trying to cope with his being an outcast. "Climb the wall" to me is a remark of the angst and frustration, watching everyone else live on around him while he's stuck is just hurting him. I think in the end he either commits suicide or he just kinda lets himself wither. |
