I think this song is about her trying to figure if her heart is in the the relationship or just passion. But she is too far into and after she's given herself to him and he's given himself to her how can she leave. |

To me the title "Numb" means void of thought and feeling. Stuck in the middle, between going the right way or the wrong way. It's easier to just not feel and not think about it. |

This song reminds me of my struggle with faith. It's seems like such a lonley and hard road to follow, because you want to tell people those struggles but you can't and it's easier to live in deceit then God's way. |
