Death Cab for Cutie – Passenger Seat Lyrics | 14 years ago |
To me, the biggest impact of this cd, is four songs. The Sound of Settling, Tiny Vessels, Transatlanticsm and then Passenger Seat. Whenever I play the cd, and those four songs play. It's just such an, experience, for lack of a better word. The way all the songs just flow into one another, is flawless. How it will break your heart in Tiny Vessels, then on to warm your heart with Passenger Seat. Transatlanticism is one hell of a CD. |
Death Cab for Cutie – Transatlanticism Lyrics | 14 years ago |
So even though it's been said countless times here. I just wanted to remark on how the line, "I need you so much closer" is able to portray such emotion, and be so beautiful. It's so simple, and to the point. Benjamin Gibbard is nothing short of amazing. |
Paramore – Ignorance Lyrics | 15 years ago |
I absolutely adore the song, definitely different and I'm loving it. The passion is evident in her voice and I have very high hopes for the new album. |
All Time Low – Too Much Lyrics | 15 years ago |
oh, and if the lyrics weren't bad enough, Alex sure isn't singing them well enough to make up for that fact. |
All Time Low – Too Much Lyrics | 15 years ago |
this song is not at all lyrically pleasing. I feel like Alex has a lot more potential than this song. I'm not entirely sure where this song was going. but any song that within the first line has "babe" is set for disaster |
All Time Low – Damned If I Do Ya (Damned If I Don't) Lyrics | 15 years ago |
I have no idea why, but this song is giving me some serious Sum 41 vibes. It's really weird. I kept thinking I was listening to In Too Deep. |
Cobra Starship – Good Girls Go Bad Lyrics | 15 years ago |
A couple corrections. Instead of 'Boy you change your rust' it's, 'boy you're dangerous' I also really don't think it's, 'she was so child' but I don't know what he's saying. It's 'treat 'em like they don't stand a chance' instead of 'acting like they don't stand a chance'. |
The Rocket Summer – Do You Feel Lyrics | 15 years ago |
the video for this song is absolutely beautiful. the rocket summer did an amazing job with it. the song is basically about how we all want to help the world, but our own issues get in the way. we want to change that world, but we can't do it alone. okay, that was kind of like the end of the video. I'm gonna stop talking now. |
Cute Is What We Aim For – Practice Makes Perfect Lyrics | 16 years ago |
Hmm. The line, "I've become what a mother wouldn't want in a son." Is very familiar to... "And all of the mothers raise their babies, to stay away from me, and pray that they don’t grow up to be." Fall Out Boy - Golden. Just a thought though. |
Say Anything – Got Your Money (ODB cover) Lyrics | 16 years ago |
Best song off Punk Goes Crunk hands down. I think you understand what he wants at this point of the song. He just wants his money. |
New Years Day – My Dear Lyrics | 16 years ago |
Just as a correction. It's not destitude, it's destitute. That word was on my literacy test practice and I used this song to write a sentence with that word. |
Panic! at the Disco – Nine In The Afternoon Lyrics | 16 years ago |
I absolutely adore this song, especially since it's not that live version. Does anyone else find that the line, "Your eyes are the size of the moon," seem oddly familiar to, "With eyes the size of baby worlds," from I'm A Lawyer With The Way I'm Always Trying To Get You Off [Me and You] I really hope that I won't have to compare Pretty. Odd. to Infinity on High. Although I'm sure the sound will be different. However, I just hope Ryan's lyrics don't start to sound like Pete's. |
