Emily Haines & the Soft Skeleton – The Bank Lyrics 17 years ago
well I guess I will leave a comment... I love this song. I can totally relate with the lines, "Looking by freedom for my sobriety" and "Lighting up to join the coping crowd".... and I just love the essence of the line, "We can sit on the floor and play my brothers records".... and although it may be in a different context, I also can really relate to the line, "My big brother said to stay unsatisfied". This song is really nice, I love the lyrics and beat/sound of it. This song tackles the subjects of drug use, our "coping" society, finding happiness, materialism, and perhaps even other underlying subject matters. This song, in my opinion, is amazing.
