I doubt that the artist is a drug user. I think this song is against drugs. In this song he tells us that it's bad to use drugs. Of course he mentions the nice feelings drugs can give, but the lyrics also speaks as of the drug side - "I see you, I feel you, I know you, I own you". And it's true, drugs "know" what feelings people want. I suppose that "i know you never wanted this" is about addiction. |
