This song is great. The lyrics are more angry than sad. But more often than not, people tend to also be pretty angry with the world when they are in grief, which may be what this song is trying to express. And to add a response to earlier comments, Kyo's English is fine. He slurs his Japanese too, if no one else has noticed. It's because Kyo speaks Kansai-ben, a very popular accent/dialect of Japanese spoken in Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe and the surrounding area known as the Kinki Prefecture, more commonly known as the Kansai Region. People in that area stress the sylables in their Japanese and often slur it. This is probably why Kyo slurs his English as well. It's his accent. |
