I don't know for sure. Obviously there's the boyfriend/girlfriend scene, a possible and logical subject for the song. However, some aspects leave you feeling as if he is talking to himself. I think it's very clever if that was the intention, because it's hard to do that effectively. Really, it's pretty general and open for interpretation. Either way, Great Stuff. |

no comments? how is this? this song is amazing. I love the first line of this song especially. There is something about the way he says it that makes it special. either way. great song. "But running is the one thing that You have always known just how to do" i'd say the meaning is fairly obvious. just generally well written. |

this song is truly something special. very few songs truly strike me within the first minute, but this one did. i am so amazed at how any one song can display so many emotions and appeal to so many aspects to life. while there is a consistent tone of sadness, there is also a feeling of hope for what is to come. love love love to say the least. oh, and BTW. great movie. displays the same characteristics as this song, if you ask me. |
