dag_102 I have to agree with the lyric thing. I fell in love with patd because of their witty and dark lyrics. The way they were sang and the up beat music that would catch you off gaurd. I also am a huge Chuck Palaniuk fan and they sang about a few of his books - the whole style was dark and humorus. I like the sound of this album, basic and classy. But the lyrics really didn't grab me. =( I will wait in hopes that their next album will be more cleaver. |

I actually like Head Automatica, but I could totally deal without them if it meant more Glassjaw.
I miss the days of going to Glassjaw shows in tiny bars in NY. Now I have to settle for huge shows with tons of annoying little girls. :(
It just blows my mind that Daryl can do both styles of music so well. He is amazing. |

Normally don't like this type of music, but this is a really good song. I liked it for the beat when it first came out but after listening to Obadiah Parker's cover (which is amazing check it out) I really like the lyrics. "if nothing is forever then what makes love the exception?" I can't think of an answer, that breaks my heart. lol |
