| Well I like alexisonfire...moved on to other bands FROM them. Some bands like Tool and Nine inch nails. But the one thing that stands out to me in any album, is the one song that's different than anything they've ever done. And I absolutely love it. It's a great cd, but this song is #1 for me, and all of their songs. My first impression was that this song was almost like a 'side walk when she walks' (lyrically and what it's about). Ahhh Reflection In my opinion their best song. Perfect build up (including disposition). Also amazing and very poetic lyrics. I am too lazy to read all the posts but i still have my own opinions on what the song means and from what i read it sounds pretty accurate. This song and Third eye are deffinetly tools (non live) best songs, (in my opinion of course). I have been listeneing to this song for a couple times a day for about 6 months...and i still haven't gotten bored of it. |

Tool....facking amazing! Better live i must say but still amazing. I cannot wait for salma (if that is what its called). Comes out here may 2nd, im not ready for it. The part of this song that sent shivers down my spine was deffinetly; "It will end no other way. It will end no other way." His voice in those last 2 lines is absolutely amazing. This kind of thing just happened to me, only i slipped into the gap. He describes it perfectly, everything is right on target. Though im not sure that at the end he means to kill the girl or to hate her. I didn't want to read everyones post because well i think believe wha i believe. Absolutely amazing song though. My favorite. |
