Panic! at the Disco – Do You Know What I'm Seeing Lyrics | 16 years ago |
Thanks for that! I can hear it now! It was the "oh oh" so sad" throwing me off =] wow, so happy now, cheers! |
Panic! at the Disco – Do You Know What I'm Seeing Lyrics | 16 years ago |
I suffer from OCD, and well, certain things bug me, the main one is not being able to hear what's being said in the background of music. On the final chorus is it "I know it's sad" being said just slowed down? As it sounds like this once, but It doesn't sound like it on the final "I know it's mad" line. |
Reuben – Crushed Under The Weight Of The Enormous Bullshit Lyrics | 17 years ago |
Ok, here's the Lyrics from the inlay. =] I can still remember when I first heard the riff that opens "Nevermind" Up...My neck hairs stood up stiff...And since those first discoveries i've tried to recreate the feeling I had back then but nothing sounds that great. So please give me an album that I love straight away, that I don't have to grow into after constant play. See, I buy a lot of record and take most of them back 'cos I feel dissapointment after just one track and I can't move on... Last band that stole my heart was "Every Time I Die". I loved every second but now three years have gone by..When I heard "Worship and Tribute", I thought my dreams have come true, but listening to most other bands...It seems like they all did too. All this eighties indie sounds like shit to me...'Cos I don't like Joy Divison. I don't like Morrissey or their new Impersonators, Kings of MTV, sucklings at the teat of the fucking NME, and I can't move on.... Enjoy. =] |
...And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead – A Classic Arts Showcase Lyrics | 17 years ago |
Well, I don't know what classic art showcase is? I am from England...I can help you out though. Stone/NME. They are very famous and well established music magazines in England. "Rolling Stone / N M E" are their full names. They have been critics of AYWKUBTTOD, stating ever since Sources code e.t.c they have been going off track, losing their vision. Yet this song is lashing out, back at them. Saying it's his life he will do what he wants, so why won't everyone leave him alone and let him realise his vision. *Hope this helps! Just my little interpretation! ^^;* |
The Flaming Lips – Vein of Stars Lyrics | 18 years ago |
Vein of stars, I'm guessing this is referring to a higher being? To fit in context with the rest of the album...fear of death, maybe this is asking do we fear death because of a higher being? |
The Flaming Lips – Free Radicals (A Hallucination of the Christmas Skeleton Pleading with a Suicide Bomber) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
I guess it's about pleading with a suicide bomber before he commits the crime "You think you're so radical but you're not you're fanatical"...kinda of show cases how we all feel. I don't understand the line "A poor man's Donald trump" seeing as Donald trump is a rich american man? *I am British* So if it an ironic joke? |
The Flaming Lips – The Yeah Yeah Yeah Song (With All Your Power) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
Well I think it's about the top 5% of American who own all the wealth, knowledge and power. So this song showcases the decisions in their lives and how they react to them |
Manic Street Preachers – La Tristesse Durera (Scream To A Sigh) Lyrics | 18 years ago |
It could mean "The sadness will last" |
