I kind of got two possible meanings to this song
1) I think its about being very lonely after someone he loved has left him, and this makes him feel like hes going to go insane.
2) Or its about having a self revelation, and realizing the person you have become, is not the person you want to be. And you want to be the person you once were again.

There was a massacre at Tiananmen square in 1989. Some Chinese students were protesting due to some reforms in policy or something. The gov. just went down there and used lethal force on peaceful protesters. Hmmm...Adam on the drums makes this song work. Tom needs his vocal chords ripped out! The drums are pretty sweet though. Replace the lead singer and you would have a 1/2 way decent band. Tom just sounds like he has a perpetual sinus infection and its really irritating to hear his voice. |
