I agree with you Critical Solution and Talk to Me. This song is about how easy it is to use women when you are famous. Duff co-wrote this song and i heard him mention in an interview that before GNR were famous girls would not even look at them but once they got big girls would come over with beer and they would fuck them and suck their dick. |

It is definately Axl having sex but not with Barbi Von Grief rather with a dancer that Steven was seeing at the time. However, the song does have reference to Barbi - she was also in a band named Rocket Queen (hence "you're a rocket queen"). She also helped Axl through some tough times ("she kept me alive" he once quoted). Great song |
