| okay, first off, you need to fully understand the meaning of the song Honour before you can attempt this one. Fireinthedawn has an excellent post, and if you read it, you will understand this song. This song is about the rapture coming january 2012. when that time comes, war between heaven and hell will break out on earth. man will have no god to protect him during this time. dark angels are angels that would rather fight for the good of man, than for god. they will come down, and fight amoung us. there are many reasons why thy would choose to leave god's side, and one of them is scorn. This song is written from the 1st person perspective of one of these dark angels, and is only expressing its reason. | |

A very good song. I think this song is about a serial killer who ends up regretting everything hes done "last you regret tortured animals wake up time beckons death upon myself" and hes lost his urge to kill "tempting motion slows to a crawl" I disagree with sockheads complete statement, for one, this song was clearly written by nivek, its the same style hes always used. and two, back in 92 cobain was still a small time rocker, nivek would not have consulted him for help. |
