Panic! at the Disco – There's a Good Reason These Tables Are Numbered Honey, You Just Haven't Thought of It Yet Lyrics | 18 years ago |
When I picture p!atd playing this song, I think of an old nightclub. Maybe from the 20s to 40s. Like a full band backing them up. |
Panic! at the Disco – Build God, Then We'll Talk Lyrics | 18 years ago |
"There are no Raindrops on roses and girls in white dresses It's sleeping with roaches and taking best guesses At the shade of the sheets before all the stains And a few more of your least favorite things" is definately a play on "These Are A Few Of My Favorite Things" Also I love how the singer ennunciates the words... I feel it makes it more clear and you pay attention to the words more than usual. |
Panic! at the Disco – But It's Better If You Do Lyrics | 18 years ago |
The title of this song continues the title "Lying is The Most Fun A Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off" from another song on the album. And when put together, it makes a quote from the movie "Closer" with Natalie Portman and Jude Law. Portman is a stripper in the movie. |
Motion City Soundtrack – Make Out Kids Lyrics | 18 years ago |
But is he saying being friends and then becoming more than that is a mistake? "flown in, sleep over winter break cocktails and miniature mistakes lights out, we're covered in each others warm embrace" They were friends, and then the alchol caused some mistakes made. And then it falls apart, "we fail to keep in touch these days" I am just saying this as another option to approach it. I do feel that it relates to how being "Make Out Kids" is the mistake. |
