The video relates to how the tabloids have trashed talked them in the past year or so. A big part of it is Pete Wentz's incident with the cell phone photos of his privates that he was emailing to girls (allegedly) and just other news-worthy trash-talking.
It seems like the arms race would be who can gather as much dirt on someone else and use that as "ammo." (Instead of focusing on the progression of punk/pop music scenes. |

I saw Jack's Mannequin on 9/15 in Cincinnati and that was the first time I heard this song. He said that he wrote it for his sister after she donated her bone marrow for his transplant. I think it's safe to say that it's a Jack's song and not a SoCo song. They played their whole album plus this, a few covers, and Me & the Moon (yes, SoCo). |

This song comes from the "Sounds of Superman" album put out by Rhino records in anticipation of the film Superman Returns coming out. The disc is all right as a whole, I'm just glad to hear a new recording from Jack's Mannequin. Obviously they intended it to mean something about Superman coming to save them through their...window... |
