i really love the metaphor, "her see-stung lips", it creates a perfect image in my mind. Firstly, physically, i imagine the boy thought her lips were full, almost swollen, and deep red, but in an attractive way, maybe from too much kissing! because when you get stung from a bee it swells up... and also i think the metaphor mainly means that her lips were stinging, they made his lips sting, but not in a bad way, but a nice, tingly sting leaving him aching for more..! anyhu there's a bit of over-analysis from me hehe! |

to me, i think it's about a guy and a girl who have a connection, and well ya knowen you've got a connection with someone you can't just leave it, you've gotta try it out. and anyway, this girl is taking so much from him, she really tires him and wears him out, but he doesn't mind one bit because he's enjoying every second of it, hence him saying 'go on and have it all'. 'you're my size I need to try you on' - he's attracted to her in many different ways and they have one of those special connections, so they need to try eachother out (i don't mean that in a rude way) uhhm yeah i'll leave the analysing there. but also, when i hear it, it does seem to me to be one of those songs thats has a kindof sexually charged sound, if you get what i mean....? ok ill shutup 'someone inbetween the right and wrong' - she's not good for him but she's definitely not bad for him either' |
