OK SHIT WAIT, forgot to say this...
if he DID kill someone he'd still be prison...so if he actually went to prison coz of something like a "gunfight" then maybe he went to jail for ATTEMPTED MURDER, although my friend was arrested for attempted murder and he's not in prison coz he claims it was self-defense (ALTHOUGH we dont know whats guna happen, his sentence is in September...til then he's under house arrest...cant even see him!!!! so he could go to jail...not for long tho...maybe like gerard?!?!?!?!?!? fuck i duno, im going mad ppl, help me someone :( |

OK! im actually dying of confusion...but its getting better, i understand that its a concept album (thank god, coz otherwise i would have been confused and curious for the rest of my life) anyway...
i fucking LOVE this song!!!!!!! im actually listening to it now...
anyway, i think this is def. one of the songs thats really concept (not all the songs are but this one is FOR SURE, if its not...then HOLY SHIT)

fuck, gerard has such an incredible voice, i know everyone says that but shit, its so true, its so powerful, he uses it SO AMAZINGLY.
the drumming and guitar is also amazing, esp in this song...

ok for fucks sakes now people, ive read basically all the entries for this song coz i got on the net to find out why he went to prison and nothings been said about that really...
coz EVEN THOUGH ITS A CONCEPT ALBUM ,he does say that he puts his own experiences etc in it SO about this song...he obviously did go to prison coz HE EVEN THANKS BERT FOR BEING HIS CELLMATE in the thanks part of the cd booklet...
SO...what i wana know is...
WHAT DID HE DO!??!?!?! lol, im so curious, but who knows, i could be wrong and didnt go to prison. i duno, confusing but very cool indirect puzzle powerful lyrics :)

what an amazing incredible song. its really sad...the first time i listened to it i was in the car on the way home from school and it was on repeat and on the way home we saw there has just been an accident on the road and the was blood splattered all over the inside of the windows of the car...really disturbing. so whenever i hear that song i think of that day. |

this isnt rap dance_in_misery, its R'nB, but otherwise, i agree, i dont like rap either but there are the acceptions, i dont agree that this song is shit because, well, it isnt. anyway, no one understands the meaning this song has for me!!!!! the words describe a situation i went through when i was a little 14 year old :) its like i wrote the song, lol. |

guys, whether it has meaning or not, its a fun song...i never really thought much of their songs had meaning, it always sounded like a couple of words slapped together to make a rhyme but some do have substance...nevertheless, it could have meaning for other people and i am a fan of them :) |

wow, no ones commented on this one yet... this song has quite a bit of meaning for me, not so much the lyrics but more the fact that i played it over and over and over again when i was on holiday in Cape Town (my home), when i was free from my family and could do what i want and of course, a guy i met...reminds me of all that...
while im at it, i must say, the drumming is absolutely brilliant in certain parts, the best part is 3 mins and 22 secs into the song :) |
