The Saturdays are a British-Irish girl band formed in 2007 consisting of Frankie Bridge, Mollie King, Una Healy, Rochelle Humes and Vanessa White. They debuted in 2008 with their UK top ten hit 'If This Is Love' and have since gone on to have 18 UK top 40 singles - 13 of them charting in the UK top ten. 'What About Us?' was released in 2012 and was The Saturdays' first and only number one single and it also featured Sean Paul. Their debut album 'Chasing Lights' received critical acclaim, reached the UK top ten and was certified platinum by the BPI. To date, they have had had six UK top forty albums, five of which charted in the top ten (one was a greatest hits album). The Saturdays have sold over 5 million records in the UK and Ireland alone. They are currently on hiatus since the end of 2014 to pursue solo projects.
