GOD you guys!!!! there is truth in both sides of it. He may not be dealing drugs but the song relates to it.
and he may not be an inocent skateboarder he probubly does do some shit. but that doesnt mean that the whole song is a metaphore for DRUGS DRUGS DRUGS!!!!
i think that the song is about how people judge youth. how they are especially suspicious of teenage boys skateboarding in public areas.
