Many undoubtedly wondered when they'd see the first gay couple on the Newlywed Game. Well, it turns out that the first gay couple on the Newlywed Game is famous — the pair being George Takei, and his husband Brad Altman. That's right — Mr. Sulu started things off. The Game Show Network will air the episode in the fall. The show has been around since 1966, has been reincarnated several times with host Bob Eubanks, and was created by Chuck Barris, the host of the Gong Show. Of course, the bigots hate the , and perhaps they should go to a payday lender and find something to do.
