A boom boom bâ
A boom boom bâ
A boom boom bâ
A boom boom bâ

Kélé, fila, saba, nani, norou

(A boom boom bâ) can you hear my heart beat in this world?
(A boom boom bâ) do you know that behind all these words
(A boom boom bâ) lies a deep desire? Kamélé hé
(A boom boom bâ) mé kouman mé fora y bamê

(A boom boom bâ) are my dreams to be all I can do?
(A boom boom bâ) lay o'lay above, lay o'ay below
(A boom boom bâ) and he said Annie will show them a new way
Mé kouman mé fora y bamê

Kélé, fila, saba, nani, norou

(A boom boom bâ) can you hear my heart beat in this world?
(A boom boom bâ) do you know that behind all these words
(A boom boom bâ) lies a deep desire? Kamélé hé
(A boom boom bâ) mé kouman mé fora y bamê

(A boom boom bâ) are my dreams to be all I can do?
(A boom boom bâ) lay o'lay above, lay o'ay below
(A boom boom bâ) and he said Annie will show them a new way
(A boom boom bâ) mé kouman mé fora y bamê

Kélé, fila, saba, nani, norou

(A boom boom bâ) can you hear my heart beat in this world?
(A boom boom bâ) do you know that behind all these words
(A boom boom bâ) lies a deep desire? Kamélé hé
(A boom boom bâ) mé kouman mé fora y bamê

Kélé, fila, saba, nani, norou

(A boom boom bâ) Aligna donguiri ma digné(5)
(A boom boom bâ) Mé kouman mé fora y bamê(6)
(A boom boom bâ) Aligna donguiri ma digné, hé!
(A boom boom bâ) Mé kouman mé fora y bamê

(A boom boom bâ) Kélé, fila, saba, nani, norou
(A boom boom bâ) Can you hear my heart beat in this world?
(A boom boom bâ) Kélé, fila, saba, nani, norou
(A boom boom bâ) Can you hear my heart beat in this world?

Kélé, fila, saba, nani, norou

According to someone on LetsSingIt.com... * Boom boom: the beating of the heart... bâ: child (in Agni, an Ivory Coast dialect). Therefore, the singer's heart is beating for the children of the world. * Kélé, filla, saba, nani, norou: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. * Kamélé: boy. * Mé kouman mé fora y bamê: Understand what I'm saying. * Aligna donguiri ma digné Mé kouman mé for a y bâmê: You don't need to like my song to understand what I'm saying.

I absoulutely love this song and the only reason I found it (or even looked for it) is because of the show called Dead Like Me. I think it was a good choice for the show and I listen to it a lot. Can anyone translate the lyrics though? It would be awsome to know what the whole song says.

I love this ^_^ but sadly I have no idea what it means so I can't use it for videos or anything because, I'd have no idea what I'm associating it with heh. Translation would be lovely.

yeah I found it through Dead Like me as well. It sounds beautiful, I have my own little interpretation of what it means but nothing too deep. I think we know its about love though.

I think that the movie's ok. I wish the original actress was still playing Daisy, but it was really nice to see the characters again!
