    General CommentOne time i saw the Appleseed Cast open up for The Get Up Kids in 2000 and i asked the bass player which cd i should buy from them as i was blown away by the show. He handed me Mare Vitalis and it hasn't left me since.

    General Commentthe sky and the ocean are vast, and when you look at the skyline breaking over the ocean it looks like they could go on forever. I feel like the term "fishing the sky" is kind of a bridge between the two on the horizon over the ocean, which can never be reached.

    It's kind of a longing to be at such a beautiful point as the horizon over the ocean, but the realization that such a point is impossible to reach. Could be metaphorical to something? I don't know... but either way the lyrics are beautiful, and the song is amazing. My favorite song, by any band.
