After years of waiting
Nothing came
As your life flashed before your eyes
You realize

I'm a reasonable man
Get off, get off, get off my case
I'm a reasonable man
Get off my case
Get off my case

After years of waiting
After years of waiting nothing came
And you realize you're looking
Looking in the wrong place

I'm a reasonable man
Get off my case
Get off my case
I'm a reasonable man
Get off my case
Get off my case
Get off my case
I'm a reasonable man
Get off my case
Get off my case
Get off my case

After years of waiting
You're a reasonable man
Get off my case
Get off my case
Get off my case
I'm a reasonable man
Get off my case
Get off my case
Get off my case

I'm a reasonable man
Get off my case
Get off my case
Get off my case
I'm a reasonable man
Get off my case
Get off my case
Get off my case

    My Opinion

Pretty straightforward, especially compared to "Porcupine Tree" lyrics. I have left some comments related to their songs and sheesh people could think i am weird and weirder. .... anyway, you cannot edit or delete any of your comments on songmeanings.com, so let the author beware.

    Packt .... crushd.

As if dead fish could get any more compact than they already are lying PACKT in a sardine tin, now (adding insult to injury) they get CRUSHD?

Think outside the box. After years of waiting, you realize that the answers / happiness you seek will not be found in the mundane conformity of a world that is close-to-identical to the world just behind it on the factory assembly line.

Go ahead. Get defensive. I'm a reasonable man Get off my case. Gimme +1
