| This song is a fun song but has a deeper meaning to it. My fav lyric is "It don't matter as long as you get where you're goin, Cause none of this shit is gonna mean shit where we're goin" so true. But it says we have a choice to live it up and that's perfectly fine too. | |

I interpret this song to be about a guy struggling in a relationship with a girlfriend. He is heartbroken. "Shotgun fire…" could this be a starter pistol meaning GO! "Anybody home" anybody home?? "I got two dimes in the telephone" he is making a fone call to his girlfriend. "Alright… It’s not easy tonight" He's feeling sorrow and heartache tonight. "She’s In." She is at home. I'm not sure if the girlfriend suicide interpretation is correct but it does sound on the right track. But still this is a very good song with many messages that one must dig deep for.
