Although on second thoughts it could be the quick transition between "murmer" and to" that makes that "st" sound, so I'm still going with murmer... |

Oh lordy you lot have thrown me on that missing lyric since I've looked here. I was always under the impression it was "murmer to me" but since reading your responses and listening again I can definitely hear a "st" sound, so it could be "molest," puts that line onto another level...! |
