Fufu, Are you not at all familiar with Elliott Smith's work? If you were, you would understand that Elliott used drug's in his song's as metaphore for a harmful dependence or addiction to someone/something. With this song in particular, i believe it is stupid to undermine Elliott's lyrical ability to say that this song "isn't about a woman, it's about an addiction to drugs" when if you were familiar with his catalogue you would acknowledge that this is certainly not the case. |

blah blah blah blah people stop complaining why take you frustrations out on a site dedicated to your interpretation of a song, stop complaining about stuff not related to this site if you want to do that go find another site to write your feelings....... for me this song is inspiring the drums at the end the build up to the climactic finish i listen to this song before i go out to play footy, i agree with all those who say this song does remind us about being young i'd like to stay young forever too! but it cant be youth group have really pulled off a stunning rendition of a quality song but we must remember that their original stuff is a lot better! |

so easily my favorite radiohead song out of all their albums, with muse and REM, radiohead forms the music most influential on me in my life. i cant add to these comments as to wat it means only when i listen to the song it makes me drift away with the wonderful music and lyrics. |
