Passenger – Just The Same Lyrics
|
To me, this song is simply about people thinking they are something new, but they "over do it and become just the same". A subject matter that is relevant in today's transient culture and fashion trends.
Part of me hopes Passenger never make a second album because it is so likely to disappoint. This album is unbeatable. |

Mein also has very very similar part IMO. When Chino sings "you" in both songs. It's a little weird and confusing. |

We don't get jolly ranchers here any more. But this song has the aura of cherry drops. Just cherry flavoured hard-boiled sweets. Very sweet song, especially the "you" parts. |

Some sites say this song is called Zzyxz Rd. Others say Zzyzx Rd. (like the Stone Sour official site). So which is it? |

KoЯn – Ya'll Want A Single Lyrics

I'm a fan of Korn.
Doesn't the video to this song say something about all the majority of songs reaching the 'hook' within 90 seconds? Are they saying that's a bad thing, becuase this song reaches it pretty damn quickly. |

Jj72 – Improv Lyrics
|
My favourite JJ72 song. To me, this song is just about failing in life. Failing to meet up to the standard that other people can reach so easily, which I cannot match even if I try and try. This song is about realising that you are not as good as others, even though you try. |

Angelina Jolie played the part of someone called Eleanor Rigby in a film called Mojave Moon, according to IMDb. See for yourself: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0117070/

Placebo – Narcoleptic Lyrics

I love the way Brian just slips "Love can die" at the end of the second verse. It seems slightly out of context when taking the song as just being about a narcolepcy, buts successfuly adds a new depth and meaning to the song. |

Query: Why, on the 36 Degrees single cover, is there a hand which is wrapped on which seems to be plastic?
This is bugging me. |

Enon – Conjugate the Verbs Lyrics

This song means almost nothing to me. I just love love love the end... With the dodgey, out-of-tune ice-cream van kinda sound. Does anybody else have any songs with this in? |

Placebo – Passive Aggressive Lyrics

I can never accept that how I interpret a song (especially a Placebo song) is how it intended to be interpreted. I see this song as about suicide. Honestly, this song has influenced my thoughts and actions on my suicide. I don't see suicide as a particually bad thing in my case, so, thanks to Brian, you helped me, I needed alot of courage, and you really helped. Maybe next time, ey? |

I love this song. This and Then The Clouds Will Open Up For Me.
Is the only version of this song a poor quality version, with a fussiness about it?

Placebo – Then The Clouds Will Open For Me Lyrics

You can try to decipher this song. But I don't want to. It's to beautiful for me to attempt to. Although I think the real meaning will just make it better. It seems to be a personal song to Brian.
My favourite Placebo song, this and Kangaroo Died. Have the two ever been released?
Damn it. I love this song.
Some of the lyrics are abit hard to hear exactly what they are. I can't say I agree with all the lyrics posted, but it's probably right as I like to stick with what I heard the first time I heard this song.
When the song breaks down, and there's silence for a second.. and Brian comes back in with "Trans-likened".. Does that get anybody else? During that second on nothingness, so much happens. It's perfect. |
