I believe the meaning of this song is amplified by the low quality of the audio. I think it's supposed to be a recording a man makes for either a close female friend or girlfriend who is very very depressed. He continually says ways that he'll try to help her if she hates herself and they all reflect a deep understanding of the ways of depression, that maybe she can only lay there and do nothing until the feeling passes, if it ever does. He'll feed her strawberries (not sure the significance of the widow, potentially just to emphasize the melancholy but it could be more), go down on her to give her physical comfort. The broken glass is saying he'll bring himself to the same point as her and they could go through it together, if that's what she wants.
