My opinion of the meaning is this: The song is about a woman who takes for granted the time spent with someone she loves. She likes to go out & party. Have fun. And this hurts her partner. She is telling him that at the end of the night she is all his. That none of that other stuff matters. She knows she loves him b/c of how she feels about him when he has stepped away from her b/c of her behavior. She doesn't mean to hurt this person she loves. This is just who she is and she hopes that he will love her unconditionally and not hold it against her.
