I'm not sure whether this is about someone she's already with, or someone she sees from afar and finds attractive. I'm leaning towards the latter, only because of the fact he's a "curiosity" and sounds mysterious. I dunno! And when she says "can he live within my fantasy" as if to say that she has all these ideas about him. It's a little relevant to how I'm feeling about someone right now lol... I barely know him but I hate when I don't see him around haha... Just like knowing he's there even if I don't talk to him.
