Lightning Strikes Twice

I think its about a terrible event what happened (the storm and then the lightning) and the person knows houw it feels to be struck by lightning so it has happen before so the person thinks twice now he/she sees another storm to make the same mistake again because some bad things in peoples past pain cause somettimes they want to prevent it the next time. Sorry my english isnt very good
