What if the lights are the escape,... the suicidal ideation for her deppression? yes the darkness is quite possibly a depression or some mental illness, but that doesn't mean that hte lights is a positive. The light is "calling her home" repeatedly like its taunting her. what if light is the escape that comes to mind to turn her to stone and come to her when she is alone? What if she is in treatment for it and has paranoia for being locked up. Depression can be a confusing thing, sometimes escaping seems like the best option but when you have your moments of clarity you are glad that you are "still breathing". just a thought. what do you think?
