I think this is part of the lost in space thing Hexum does on this album. S.A. as laways does a great job of supporting the song idea while putting his spin and style on it. I'm pretty sure "I'm forever in existence, I'm forever ok" is a reference to 'It's getting ok now' from Dont tread on me.
I def agree with deftool. Even though there are some drug related lyrics, this is def 311 expressing the natural high in life of being lost and connecting with others.
