The devil is asking him where he's riding, and he tells the devil he and his sister are sexing, so they'll be riding their horses into hell to see him. The devil asks if he knows that's a sin, and he basically says that on earth his life belongs to god, and he feels he's still devoting his life to god while "sinning" with his sister because god is what he makes of him, and he's willing to enjoy his sister while he's alive, as long as he also knows he'll have to answer for it when he goes down to see the devil.
Maybe he's also saying, if god is what I make of him, why shouldn't the devil be what I make of him as well? And why not.
