This song obviously continues the story of Chine White from the preceding albums. The Gardener has buried China White in his garden to help his flowers grow but it hasn't worked as he had planned. He feels a level a regret for what he's basically done for nothing as China White's remains are not helping his garden grow. So he stands over his garden, China White's grave, and mourns the loss of both her and his precious garden.
This band is just outright amazing. They do an incredible job of telling a story through their music and you rarely see a concept from a song travel through the rest of a band's albums. The China White series of songs are definitely my favorite, hands down.
