I think oralcancer may have a good point...

"I am a man who bathes in tiger blood" (replacing tiger instead of "cougar" - an older woman who likes younger guys)
"...daggers in my smiles" (Using good looks for selfish and menacing deeds)

"A dream of running freely through the buttery nipple mountains. My sword longs to be wrapped with flesh." (sounds pretty self explanatory)
It's most likely (definitely) not about that at all. But who knows?
