I think Ciyaak Boy is on the right track. I think this song is about a girl that satisfies his every need. Unfortunately though, I think she is enabling him to pursue what he believes to be a destructive lifestyle (drinking and drugs) because she knows that is what he wants to do. It is sort of a catch 22 because he has found the perfect girl that satisfies his needs, but she is slowing killing him by enabling his lifestyle.
Then in the chorus

I think he is talking about how the girl has actually grown dependent on satisfying his needs. So they are dependent on each other, as many relationships are, and it is killing him. This is how I perceive the song.
