yeah, i have to agree with ecyay, its about a dying friendship, not so sure about the boy/girl thing. i had an experience like this, my best friend and i were seeing less and less of each other, she doesn't go to my school or anything, and i listened to this song, i coulda swore this was written about me. jk, not really, but i related to it a lot.
