I said this in the comments for the Civeta Dei lyrics, and I'll say it again here...it's believed that this album (Put On Your Rosy Red Glasses) is a concept album about the serial killer/cannibal Albert Fish, particularly about the little girl he killed and ate.
This song might be about the funeral for that little girl...the girl's mother is mentioned and "to get back at your bastards lust" could well be about Albert Fish and how he lusted after the little girl that he killed.
...Or these song lyrics could just be a fancy way of writing about an ordinary funeral.
