This is the last song on Side 2 of "Dammit!", 311's first tape.
Um, the song is sorta hard to "decipher", because a) the full lyrics aren't shown; and b) it's a pretty crazy song.
But, from listening, it sounds like it's retelling a psychadelic experience one of said band members had.

The music wails and swirls in your ears...

and red and not pink""
...like a psychadelic scene in a movie (the trippy moving colours, etc.).
"Thriving to the scene" (the lyric itself) might be about kids who are pressured into drugs by their friends to "thrive to the the scene" (as in being cool).
The last verse I can really decide anything about it, so I'll leave it out.
