Honestly this is way too much crap to go through and interpret every little bit.. but from the looks of it, it seems to be sort of an apollogy to a loved one for maybe doing something or saying something that hurt them..
Most notably in this line:

Which is saying.. he doesn't want to see her cry.. he asks her to tell him the things that hurt her "tear her apart" (give him a diagram of her seams so he can avoid ripping her apart/ the area of things that she's weak against (seams) so he won't do them again)
And through various other lines of the song he's saying she's blowing what he did/said way out of proportion.. blah.. I have a headache..
BTW: what chemical/substance does Fe2 + S2 make.. what is it, iron and sulfur? Iron Sulfite? Fool's Gold? ahhhh more headache..
