But I think this just tells the story of the last days that two people spend together before they know one will be leaving a long distance for an unkown time. Each side wants to act like everything will be fine, until the leaving date comes close. That is when they realize it is all going to be much harder and complicated then they hoped. Then after the one person leaves, it is realized that it really can not realistically work out, and it is time to end it.
