To me this song is talking about him being lonely and that he just completely feels like shit because he has no one.
I'm guessing that the line :
It aint no bed of roses,it ain't no crown of thorns
means that he just feels really uncomfortable,maybe he loses sleep over losing someone and being lonely. then " it aint no crown of thorns" means that he feels like a worthless person..most of you probably know that legend has it that jesus wore a crown of thorns.
i am a little confused at the end though where he says "I have wore your crown of thorns" possibly he could change the meaning of the crown metaphor and is now saying that all this lonliness has made him feel tortured like jesus. idk
