"Werewolves of London (Warren Zevon cover)" as written by Warren Zevon, Leroy Marinell and Waddy (robert) Wachtel.
"Werewolf" is the authors' coy reference to a Soho-dwelling, well tailored, perfectly-coiffed gay male. Lee "HO FOOK'S" is perhaps a reference to whores and adult play-for-pay.
The "big dish of beef CHOW MEiN" is another interesting gay male word play. The reference to the 2 generations of Cheneys with "the [drag] queen" is obvious. Nowadays, in modern pop culture, some refer to thin white gay boys as "vampires", not a stretch from werewolves.
