(Jamo)
You ain't gotta say to much
from the look in your eyes
I can tell you want to fuck
(Mercedes)
And you ain't gotta call me yo boo
just as bad as you want to fuck
I want to fuck too
(repeat)

(verse 1 rapped by Mac)
Now you ain't gotta say much
Cause i was peepin' you
Lookin at your hips got me thinking about
How deep in you i want to go
You heard about no limit soldiers
We get up in and hit it
Harder then de la hoya
I thought you i told you soldiers
Drawers come from them all
Known as the one who could
Spread the pussy wallz
I heard you got that kill
I can see it all in your grill
Could you ride me like a black mercedes
And make me do shit i never did with other ladies
I got a woman so i'm not looking for love
Just known to wear the glove
Get a couple of uh uhz
Shove it in your mouth cause i'ma thug
Hit me on my pager if you want it
Soldier pation so if you want it
Get up on it!!

chorus

(verse 2-Mercedes)
Put me on the counter of the kitchen
Baby cover my body with ice cream
Lick me from head to toe
While bending me over
Ohh 69 will be the next thing
I want to taste your body
All night long
From sun up to sundown
I want to make you moan

Chorus

(verse 3- Jamo)
Killin i can't do
And Kiss you in the places light won't show
I'll take my time and do it slow
I'll do my own excersises
Right between your thighs
It's all very pleasureful
I'll go places he won't go
Lets keep it on the low low
So he won't know
and lets take it to the floor

Chorus

Yeah pretty simple and straight forward if you ask me...no thinking involved.

Just pure meaningless sex and none of the b.s.

Overall about difficult moments of disappointment and vulnerability. Having hope and longing, while remaining optimistic for the future. Encourages the belief that with each new morning there is a chance for things to improve. The chorus offers a glimmer of optimism and a chance at a resolution and redemption in the future. Captures the rollercoaster of emotions of feeling lost while loving someone who is not there for you, feeling let down and abandoned while waiting for a lover. Lost with no direction, "Now I'm up in the air with the rain in my hair, Nowhere to go, I can go anywhere" The bridge shows signs of longing and a plea for companionship. The Lyrics express a desire for authentic connection and the importance of Loving someone just as they are. "Just in passing, I'm not asking. That you be anyone but you”

I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

Amazing
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran tells a story of unsuccessfully trying to feel “Amazing.” This track is about the being weighed down by emotional stress despite valiant attempts to find some positivity in the situation. This track was written by Ed Sheeran from the perspective of his friend. From the track, we see this person fall deeper into the negative thoughts and slide further down the path of mental torment with every lyric.
