This is your time to pay
This is your judgment day
We made a sacrifice
And now we get to take your life

We shoot without a gun
We'll take on anyone
It's really nothing new
It's just a thing we like to do

You better get ready to die
You better get ready to kill
You better get ready to run
'Cause here we come
You better get ready to die

Your life is over now
Your life is running out
When your time is at an end
Then it's time to kill again
We cut without a knife
We live in black and white
Your just a parasite
Now close your eyes and say good-night

You better get ready to die
You better get ready to kill
You better get ready to run
'Cause here we come
You better get ready to die
Get ready to die
You better get ready to die, get ready to die

in this song, Andrew W.K. promotes living life in the moment and living it to it's fullest.

meanwhile, emochris goes around bitchin and moaning about things he doesnt like but cant change.

hmmm...i think I'll stick with Andrew on this one.

Time to either shut the hell up or use your brain next time to write a non-retarded comment.

Andrew W.K. is an amazing artist. I will not bibble or babble, but honestly he takes music to a new dimension and pours nothing but pure energy into his music. To do this is a talent beyond any other that any modern musician can comprehend. He is a diamond in the rough because in an era where there is nothing but whiny teenage punk rock, which don't get me wrong has it's own perks and intriguing music, but for someone to take a chance with these fans and make the usic Andrew W.K. makes proves he is making this music not just for money, but he is making music for the fans, for himself, and plain and simply for the love of music, which many current modern day artists fail to do. You can think whatever you will of Andrew W.K., you can bash his music, youc an bash his fans, you can do as you please it's your opinion, but I am on the other end of the spectrum and I will say Andrew W.K. deserves respect as a muscian because he does somethign rare these days, which for your information emochris whatever bands you listen to fail to produce in their music, Andrew W.K. suceeds in making catchy tunes with amazing music that makes youw ant to do what music is suppsed to do...have fun. Now if you can't accept my opinion here which many will agree with and many will disagree with then you can leave this site without saying another word. Now as far as emochris being an idol then my friends you need to open your eyes smell the fresh air and take your heads out of your asses. And well you can say whatever you will about me but I alone have the intellect of multiple chimpanezes, in fact I guarantee I am smarter than emochris and all his goons combined, and I also guarantee that I could beat the living flaming crap out of every one of your unappreciative asses. Therefore next time you want to trash a song or an artist you can do so because tehre is a such thing as freedom of speech, but you can't knock an artist wihtout at least admitting that the fans have a right ot love the music that drives the engines and fuel their motors....because to tell you the god awful truth emochris you sound like a little child bashing on the fans defending their favorite music....and honestly that makes you look like a real ass. I can dish the insults and i can take them so if you really want to make a battle about this you can do so...but as I see it I have...oh....the rest of my life to make you look like the cynical fools and assholes you really are. Good day.

    AHAHHAHAAHHAHAAHA great!

You know what is hilarious, is that if that were a real Andrew WK song, it would probably be immensely popular.

Andrew WK is a fucking god. He's meant to be a joke, and when you actually realize that, the punchline is his hilarious music. Jesus Christ, his musicians are from a "famous" Black Metal band whose name escapes me at the moment (Maybe Obituary?). It's kind of obivous that even he doesn't take this shit seriously, and is content hitting himself with a brick and getting rich off of dumbasses that believe he's real.

the music is boring and monotonous though. it's not even pathetic enough to find funny. so the joke kinda falls flat on it's face.

Is it really necesarry to put up a disclaimer for you imbeciles? We don't care if you don't like the music, if you don't -LEAVE! If you don't like Andrew W.K. - DON'T buy his CDs, we will understand...Otherwise, go back to listening to Sum 41 and Blink 182, because no one wants to hear your flaming here, you fucking Teeny Boppers.

Dreamwalker
Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/
