After all this time,
i wonder if i come across your mind.
i can still smell the sweetness of your skin,
like it was yesterday.
to some this would be obsession,
but i've never felt this way.
i want you back in my life,
but i know it can never be the same
never be the same.

i don't know where to go from here,
my vision used to be so clear.
this scar you left me with,
is the evidence of a lost love changed.
you call me up said your sorry,
that you never meant for things to end this way.
i guess i've got to learn to let you go,
i don't want to be hurt no more.
no
i guess i've got to learn to let you go,
i don't want to be hurt no more.
cause it can never be the same
never be the same
never be the same

i don't know where we go from here
my vision used to be so clear
this scar you left me with
is the evidence of a lost love changed
i want you back in my life
but i know it can never be the same
i don't want to be hurt no more
cause it can never be the same
never be the same
never be the same
never be the same

now i can see the light ahead, now i can see...

i think its about losing love, someone you love, and the realisation, of how much it really affected you, and seeing your pain, and losing sight of everything thats really important, then at the end, its working through it, "now i can see the light ahead, now i can see" is to say that youve worked it out now, you can close that chapter of youre life, and learn the lesson you needed to learn, see what was being shown to you all along

its obvious... he's been with someone he really loves, and still does, but has been hurt badly by that person and doesn't think he'll ever be able to love again like that because he cant see the truth anymore or somethin like that..... well its a great song i love the end

Ahh, I love this song. It's really good. It's just about being hurt and so on. It's fairly simple, I suppose.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way.
