fantastic album some friendly got me through cold turkey in the 90's, couldn't have done it without Sproston green and this tune
Awesome song. This is on their first album in 1990 called Some Friendly. This is a tremendously catchy song and I love the chorus! The singer sounds a lot like Ian Brown from The Stones Roses, though, and incidently their incredibly influential album was released only a year before The Charlatans' one.
