I read somewhere that Dolly Parton wrote this song. I don't know if she ever preformed it, though. Anyway, that's kinda funny, I think. Gorgeous song. Right now I have a deep appreciation for it because of a situation I happen to be in. It's definitely a song about feeling threatened. Yay for me for stating the obvious. L :cheers:
Yes, Dolly Parton did write this. It was a huge hit of hers. It's the title track of one of her albums. Queen Adreena's version is MUCH better, in my opinion.

this was the first time i ever heard of queen adreena, and i was like "woah i must by her album" so i did. this song kinda makes me feel good about myself coz i've got "flaming locks of auburn hair" and "eyes of emerald green". I dont think i steal other peoples guys tho. Great song.
personally (not that i know anything) i think its a battle between her sexual physical side and her peronality side. She wants him to love her for her, for for her body. Cos basicly she is describing her apperance, she plays both parts in the video, and who would leave Katy Jane for another woman really??? (unless they were blind and mind numbingly stupid of course... But im stupid so ignore me...
