Falling down
I like to watch you
Crawl around
Arms untied
Scratching your eyes out
With a smile
Strange stare
Strangled by the blade left
In your heart
I glide by
Slip a cigarette
In your bed
I like to watch you
Crawl around
Arms untied
Scratching your eyes out
With a smile
Strange stare
Strangled by the blade left
In your heart
I glide by
Slip a cigarette
In your bed

-She likes to see him trip, fall down, and crawl around.
-Arms untied could either symbolize that they are now ex-lovers (untied), or possibly untied arms from having them tied during sex. I think the former makes more sense, as her smile is scratching his eyes out.
-He stares back strangely, emotionally distraught by the blade she left in his heart.
-Finally, underscoring how she doesn't give a single fuck about him anymore, she slips a cigarette *BUTT* in his bed. I think of this as the metaphor for their relationship, which was short-lived, like a cigarette.
